Sharing this data outside of the site in any way is expressly prohibited. Each subscription entitles a single user to access the site’s tools for the length of time that the subscription remains active. Attempts to circumvent the login system, manipulate data stored on our system for any purposes, or provide access to others without subscription licenses will lead to, at a minimum, the termination of your account.

BookPerformer and DMR go to great lengths to store as little of your personal information as possible. When it comes to accessing and retrieving information from your accounts, your login credentials are not stored and will not be used without your consent. By supplying login credentials and other information, you allow us to access and retrieve your sales and statistics data for use on the site. Information obtained from your accounts is viewable only by you and is not shared with other users. If you’d prefer not to supply any login information or provide any account access, you are not required to and can still make use of other tools within the system.

Since crucial information can be obtained from the system within a very brief amount of time, no refunds will be given for any reason whatsoever. Subscriptions and accounts can be closed at any time, but refunds will not be processed for the most recent payment. As soon as accounts are voluntarily terminated by the user, access to the system ceases immediately.

The BookPerformer system is to be used on an as-is basis, and we are not responsible for issues that occur while accessing the website or using the system. Similarly, users assume all risk and liability for decisions and actions made based on information found on the site in relation to their book, products, or anything else.
